- Headphones and a stable internet connection are required.
- Keep Classroom visible and your screen unlocked.
- Browser and Bluetooth routing vary. Test your device with the Free plan.
- Clear audio matters. Classroom cannot isolate a distant lecturer from every other voice.
- Use only where capturing and translating the speech is permitted.
A few useful answers
Does the speaker need an app?
No. You use your own device in the room. You still need permission to capture and translate the speech.
Is the translation instant?
There is a short delay while a phrase is recognised, translated and voiced. Long phrases, fast speech and network conditions can add delay. The app shows when voice has fallen behind.
Are the audio and transcript saved?
Mobility does not save the audio or transcript. Speech is sent to Azure for processing; received text stays temporarily in the open page. Clearing the text or leaving removes it from the interface.
What happens when my minutes run out?
Processing stops. There is no automatic overage charge. Paid minutes renew after the next successful subscription payment.
Does a Classroom plan include 1x1?
No. Classroom and 1×1 Voice Translator are separate products on the same Mobility account.
