Do I need to become a customer to join the affiliate program?
You don’t need to be a customer to promote our product. Just sign up for the affiliate program and start promoting.
How to promote the product?
You decide your promotion strategy. Our top affiliates use blogging, YouTube videos, email marketing, social media promotion, and other methods.
How will you know that orders have come through my blog, website, YouTube channel or social media post?
The affiliate link in your dashboard attributes customers to you as the referrer. When someone clicks your link, a 90-day cookie is set in their browser. If that visitor returns and makes a purchase within 90 days, you’ll receive the commission. Attribution is first-clic/strong>: if the visitor clicks another affiliate link later, the commission still goes to the first affiliate link they clicked.
How much will I get paid?
You’ll earn up to 15% of each recurring payment from your referred customers during their first 12 months. Your commission is tiered based on the number of active referrals, according to the following structure:

How do I know how much commission I have earned?
You can log in to the Dashboard at any time for access to real-time reporting, which provides up-to-the-minute information about the commissions you’ve earned.
How will I get paid?
Every month we sum up your pending commission amount and as long as it’s greater than €100 and each one of those sales have cleared the 30-day credit card fraud detection period, we will pay the commission to your Bank Account.
Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Self-referrals are eligible for commission. If you purchase a subscription using your own affiliate link, the sale will be credited to you.
What rules must I abide by?
You can’t mislead your audience or spam in any way or misrepresent the RoboChat brand in any form. We reserve the right to reverse commissions and/or terminate any account that is found in violation of the affiliate terms.
